Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fearrow (“we”, “us”) handles information on the website fearrow.com and in our app Qelivon. In short: we do not collect personal data, run no servers for the app, and never sell or share your information.
1. Who we are
Fearrow is a small iOS development team. Our app Qelivon is an e-book reader for iPhone and iPad, published on the App Store by Valery Kotolevsky. For any privacy question, contact us at the address in Section 7.
2. The website
- The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- Your language choice may be saved in your browser’s local storage; it never leaves your device.
- Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser). They are used only for security and protection against abuse and are deleted automatically.
3. The Qelivon app
- Your books, reading position, bookmarks, quotes, statistics and settings are stored on your device and are never sent to us.
- If you use iCloud, this data syncs between your devices through Apple CloudKit in your private database. It belongs to your Apple ID; we have no access to it.
- The app connects to the internet only when you ask it to: for OPDS catalogs you add, Apple translation and voices, and App Store purchases.
- The Full Version is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- Qelivon contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs and does not ask for access to location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
The full Qelivon privacy policy is available at fearrow.com/qelivon/privacy.html.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the California CPRA or Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data. We hold no personal data about you, but you can write to us with any request and we will answer it. To delete app data, remove books in Qelivon, delete the app, or delete its data in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
5. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. OPDS catalogs are third-party services and may contain any content; parents can use iOS Screen Time to restrict access.
6. Changes
If we change how information is handled, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and change the date at the top of this page.
