These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website fearrow.com and to the Qelivon app made by Fearrow (“we”, “us”). By using the website or the app you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Qelivon is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, under the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) together with these Terms.

2. Purchases

Qelivon is free to download. The Full Version is an optional one-time in-app purchase. Payments, refunds and restoring purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

3. Your content

• You are responsible for the books and files you open in Qelivon and for having the right to use them.
• OPDS catalogs are third-party services. We do not control, host or endorse their content.
• Do not use the app or the website to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Qelivon app, its design, the Fearrow and Qelivon names and the content of this website belong to their owners. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer

The website and the app are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or always available. Keep copies of important files. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page; continued use after an update means you accept it.
